When earths magnectic field drops...

This may seem like a strange question; I know the magnectic poles constantly shift, also the earth's geo magnectic field sometimes drops lower than average, as such is spoken about by pole shift proponents. Do and can such decreases cause or have any bearing on actual ground conditions of an antenna and at the site?
