Ship man-made noise level

Hi everyone
I'm Marco from Italy. Does anyone have an idea of what is a suitable median value for the man-made-noise power on board ship in HF frequency range (specifically at 2-3 MHz)?
The ITU-R Recommendations give the man-made noise power for other average conditions (rural area, industrial, ...) but no mention of ship. The prediction software ASAPS gives -130 dBW/Hz but does not justify this value at all and it seems too high.

Could someone help me or suggest some good reference where to find it?
