ARLP028 Propagation de K7VVV

This is another short bulletin, following the mid-week Propagation
Forecast Bulletin ARLP027 put out just before the holiday on July 3.
With this bulletin will come the solar data for the previous week.

Average sunspot numbers were down last week (June 27 through July
3), but the average solar flux rose slightly. A component of this
was a solar flux reading of 172.5 on July 3, quite a rise above the
recent average flux numbers running below 150. This was a one-day
event though, and the flux values are back down again. Predicted
solar flux values for this week, Monday through Friday, are 132,
130, 130, 130 and 125.

We have been affected by a solar wind for the past few days, and the
predicted planetary A index of 15 for Monday and 12 for Tuesday
indicates continued unsettled conditions.

Sunspot numbers for June 27 through July 3 were 106, 94, 105, 111,
100, 85 and 147, with a mean of 106.9. 10.7 cm flux was 138.6,
137.3, 142.7, 146.5, 147.4, 148.5, and 172.5, with a mean of 147.6.
Estimated planetary A indices were 7, 7, 9, 16, 15, 9, and 7, with a
mean of 10.
