This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

TUNISIA, 3V. Special event call sign TS2G is QRV until March 20
during the occasion of the International Festival of Saharan Ksour
of Tataouine. QSL via bureau.
BHUTAN, A5. Nobuaki, JA0JHQ is QRV as A52NH from Paro until March
21. Activity is on 80 to 15 meters using CW, and possibly 160
meters depending on conditions. QSL to home call.
BAHRAIN, A9. Special event call sign A9110RR is QRV until the end
of the year to celebrate the 110th anniversary of the ITU Radio
Regulations. QSL direct via A92AA.
THE GAMBIA, C5. Bogdan, SP2FUD and Zenek, SP2GCJ will be QRV as
C5FUD and C5GCJ, respectively, from Brufut from March 20 to April 1.
Activity will be on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY. This
includes a possible entry in the upcoming CQ WPX SSB contest. QSL
to home calls.
BAHAMAS, C6. Bill, K1CN is QRV as C6AMM from Harbour Island, IOTA
NA-001, until April 3. Activity is holiday style on 40 to 6 meters
using mostly SSB with some CW. QSL direct to home call.
MOROCCO, CN. A group of operators are QRV using special call sign
5E5E until March 27. Activity is on the HF bands. This includes
being a Multi-2 entry in the upcoming CQ WPX SSB contest. QSL via
W7EJ.
MAYOTTE, FH. Pat, F2DX and Jacques, F6BEE are QRV as FH/F2DX and
FH/F6BEE, respectively, until March 24. Activity is on 40 to 6
meters using CW, SSB and RTTY. QSL to home calls.
ST. PIERRE AND MIQUELON ISLANDS, FP. Eric, KV1J is QRV as FP/KV1J
from Miquelon Island, IOTA NA-032, until March 29. Activity is on
all HF bands using SSB, RTTY and some CW. This includes entries in
the BARTG HF RTTY contest, Russian DX contest, and upcoming CQ WPX
SSB contest. QSL to home call.
JERSEY, GJ. Kazu, M0CFW is QRV as MJ0CFW. During the Russian DX
contest he will be active as MJ5Z. QSL both calls via operator's
instructions.
MINAMI TORISHIMA, JD1. Take, JG8NQJ is QRV as JG8NQJ/JD1 from
Marcus Island, IOTA OC-073, until mid May while on a work assignment
at the weather station. Activity is on 30 to 10 meters as time
permits. QSL direct to JA8CJY.
SAO TOME AND PRINCIPE, S9. Bruno, HB9BEI is QRV as S9BK from Sao
Tome, IOTA AF-023, until March 24. QSL to home call.
FERNANDO DE NORONHA, PY0F. Ville, PY2ZEA is QRV as PW0FN until
March 22 while on a business trip. Activity is during his free time
on the HF bands. QSL via OH0XX.
PALAU, T8. Hagen, DL2KUH and Ken, BM2JCC are QRV as T88KU and
T88KH, respectively, from Koror Island, IOTA OC-009, until March 21.
Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using SSB and possibly some PSK. QSL
to home calls.
EAST KIRIBATI, T32. Ken, KH6QJ is QRV as T32AZ from Christmas
Island until the end of the month. Activity is on 80, 40, 20, 15
and 10 meters using SSB. This includes an entry in the Russian DX
contest and the upcoming CQ WPX SSB contest. QSL to home call.
EUROPEAN RUSSIA, UA. Special event station R100IA celebrates the
100th anniversary of the Russian air force and air traffic control.

ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA, V2. Operators Babs, DL7AFS and Lot, DJ7ZG are
QRV as V21ZG from Antigua, IOTA NA-100, until March 22. Activity is
holiday style on 80 to 6 meters using SSB, RTTY, SSTV and PSK. QSL
via DL7AFS.
HEARD ISLAND, VK0. A large group of operators will be QRV as VK0EK
from March 20 to April 10. Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters
using CW, SSB and RTTY. QSL via M0URX.
COCOS (KEELING) ISLANDS, VK9C. Bjorn, LB1GB will be QRV as
VK9/LB1GB from Cocos Island, IOTA OC-003, during the Russian DX
contest. QSL via LA9VDA.
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The BARTG HF RTTY Contest, CLARA Chatter
Party, QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC RTTY Sprint, NCCC CW Sprint, SARL
VHF/UHF Analogue/Digital Contest, Russian DX Contest, Virginia QSO
Party, AGCW VHF/UHF CW Contest, Louisiana QSO Party, Feld Hell
Sprint and the UBA Spring SSB Contest are all on tap for this
upcoming weekend.
The Bucharest Contest and Run for the Bacon QRP CW Contest is
scheduled for March 21. The Phone Fray, CWops Mini-CWT CW Test, QRP
CW Fox Hunt and SKCC CW Sprint are scheduled for March 23.
The ARRL National Parks on the Air event runs during all of 2016 to
mark the 100th anniversary of the National Park Service.
