ALGERIA, 7X. Members of the newly formed Algerian Amateur Radio
Union will be QRV as 7U0ARU during the month of September to
celebrate the creation of their organization. Activity will be on
the HF bands using CW, SSB and various digital modes. QSL via
SM4VPZ.
GHANA, 9G. Piotr, SP3UQE is QRV as 9G5SP during the month of
September. Activity will be mostly on 20 meters using SSB and RTTY.

ZAMBIA, 9J. Peter, 9J2HN is QRV as 9J2JOCV until the end of 2015 to
to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Japan Overseas Cooperation

BHUTAN, A5. Ryo, JH7EQW is QRV as A52EQW/m until September 5.
Activity is on 17, 15, 12 and 10 meters using SSB. QSL via

MADEIRA ISLANDS, CT3. Klaus, DK1AX is QRV as CT9/DK1AX from Ponta
Delgada, IOTA AF-014, until September 10. Activity is holiday style
on the HF bands using CW, SSB and RTTY. QSL to home call.
SPAIN, EA. Special event stations EH3VCE, EH4VCE and EH5VCE are QRV
until September 13 during this year's bicycle race Vuelta a Espana.

MARIANA ISLANDS, KH0. Akira, JH0CKF will be QRV as AF1Y/KH0 from
Saipan, IOTA OC-086, during the month of September. QSL to home

BULGARIA, LZ. Members of the Bulgarian Radio Club Blagovestnik will
be QRV with special call LZ129WNLS during September to honor
Bulgarian Saints. QSL via bureau.
ALAND ISLANDS, OH0. Stefan, DL3SEM is QRV until September 6.
Activity is on the HF bands generally during his morning and

ARUBA, P4. Rick, AI5P will be QRV as P4/AI5P from August 31 to

FERNANDO DE NORONHA, PY0F. Leo, PP1CZ is QRV as PY0F/PP1CZ until
August 31. Activity is on 80 to 10 meters, and possibly 6 meters,
using CW, SSB and RTTY. QSL direct to home call.
GREECE, SV. Max, IZ4JMA will be QRV as SV8/IZ4JMA from Elafonisos
Island, IOTA EU-113, from September 1 to 11. Activity will be
holiday style on 40 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and various digital

PALAU, T8. Naoki, JS3LSQ is QRV as T88WJ until September 3.
Activity is on the HF bands using mostly RTTY. QSL to home call.
TURKEY, TA. A group of operators are QRV as TC30AZB until September
4 to commemorate the Battle of Dumlupinar during the Turkish war of
Independence. Activity is on the HF bands using all modes. QSL via
operators' instructions.
EUROPEAN RUSSIA, UA. Special event station R920RZ is QRV until
September 15 to celebrate the 920th anniversary of the city of
Ryazan. Activity is on all HF bands and modes. QSL via RY2S.
ASIATIC RUSSIA, UA0. A group of operators will be QRV as RI0F from
Moneron Island, IOTA AS-149, in the Sakhalin Region from September 2
to 10. Activity will be on 80 to 10 meters using primarily CW. QSL
via UA0LCZ.
ANTARCTICA. Doug, VK0DMV will be QRV as VI0ANZAC from Casey Station
in the Australian Antarctic Territory from August 29 and 30 marking
the 100th anniversary of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps
ANZAC battle at Gallopili, Turkey in Word War I. QSL via eQSL.
TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS, VP5. Adrian, KO8SCA will be QRV as VP5SCA
from September 3 to 8 while on holiday. Activity will be on the HF
bands using CW and SSB. He plans to be active as VP5/KO8SCA in the
upcoming All Asia SSB DX contest. QSL direct to home call.
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The North American SSB Sprint Contest,
QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC RTTY Sprint, NCCC Sprint CW Ladder, Feld Hell
Sprint, ALARA Contest, SCC RTTY Championship, YO DX HF Contest, W/VE
Islands QSO Party, SARL HF CW Contest and the Kansas QSO Party are
all on tap for this weekend. The Phone Fray, UKEICC 80-Meter SSB
Contest, and CWops Mini-CWT CW Test are all scheduled for September
