*** SPECIAL NOTE FROM EDITOR: It seems everything is back to normal from
the ISP Hamnet.org server for the OPDX's mail and mailing list. Users
of the server found out that the server machine had been moved to a
different host, and there were some firewall settings that needed to
be entered. Also, there was a problem with some individuals (+350)
being knocked of the mailing list and hopefully that has been corrected.
The individuals that were knocked off the mailing list have been
re-added..... 73 de Tedd KB8NW

people. I firmly believe that the Holy Bible does give good counsels and
a real hope for the future. (Psalms 37:10,11,29) We are not paid nor do

REALTIME BAND CONDITIONS WEB SITE <www.bandconditions.com>:
The purpose of this experimental Web site is to provide 24-7-365 actual
(REALTIME) band condition information to CW QRPp, QRPe and CW/SSB for
Contesters interested in increasing their scores. It can also be of
benefit to other Radio Amateurs to determine band conditions for Nets
and casual QSO's. This information is NOT based on any software pre-
dictions or any kind of satellite based readings. It is based on a
new Ionospheric sounding method called 'HF Ionospheric Interferometry'
which operates very similarly to the PolSAR system used by NASA.
