Aviation Comms question

Hi All,
I'm a commercial airline pilot and a new member to the forum.
I joined because I have a question for you.

Do you guys monitor aviation HF frequencies - I ply the N.Atlantic mainly. And do you have any website link where I can get advance notice of HF propogation difficulties on the aviation HF wavelengths?

I do not monitor the frequencies you use. What frequencies do you use over the North Atlantic ?

I do, on occasion. 99.9% of the time they are pretty much routine, so they get kind of boring after awhile. When there is severe wx such as a hurricane, it is interesting listening to the pilot and ATC changing routes to avoid the storm.
